The 30-year-old Alabama woman whose tirade at a Florida Burger King became a YouTube sensation has been charged with felony criminal mischief causing damage greater than $1,000, two counts of misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest without violence.
Kimesa Smith of Montgomery can be seen on cell-phone video climbing on the restaurant's counter, throwing items, and striking employees in the March 19 incident at the Panama City fast-food restaurant.
