The California Supreme Court is grapping with the question of what constitutes a pimp in the case of a man who attempted to recruit an undercover police officer to work for him as a prostitute.
Jomo Zambia's lawyers argued Tuesday that only someone who recruits innocent victims rather than working prostitutes or someone posing as a prostitute can be guilty of pandering, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
