SEARCHA Uniontown (Ohio) Police officer has succumbed to injuries from being struck by an SUV while directing traffic near a school. Capt. Dan Stiles, 46, was struck at approximately 7:50 am. today. He was wearing a reflective vest, and the driver stated she did not see him.

Capt. Dan Stiles, 46, was struck at approximately 7:50 am. today. He was wearing a reflective vest, and the driver stated she did not see him. He had served two years for Uniontown PD, and 18 years with the Hartville PD, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page.
