An unruly bar patron struck an Indianapolis Metro Police officer with her black 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix, after the officer responded to a disturbance call Sunday evening at a Southside bar.
Officer Deanne Pulley, a 21-year veteran, was struck twice by the vehicle driven by Michelle Marsh, 31, outside of Lizards Pub and Grill at about 10 p.m. Sunday. Pulley's partner, Officer Christin Rudell, returned fire, striking Marsh in the abdomen, reports the Indianapolis Star.
Marsh was apprehended after driving a mile with gunshot wounds, and crashing into a median.
