S.C. City Hires First Female Cop In 20 Years

When Sheila Moore was sworn in as a full-time officer earlier this week, she became the first female cop in St. Albans, S.C., in 20 years. Officer Moore, who served the past six years in an unpaid position, is also only the second female officer in the city's history.
