A 15-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 32-year-old Canadian police officer who was dragged to death while conducting a routine traffic stop early Tuesday morning.
Const. Garrett Styles, a seven-year veteran with York Regional Police, was struck by a vehicle operated by the unlicensed teenage driver on Highway 48 in the town of East Gwillimbury, Ontario.
