The woman who supplied the gun used in the killing of a Pennsylvania state trooper received a 7-month prison sentence Monday for submitting fraudulent paperwork to obtain the weapon.
A federal judge sentenced Emily Gross, who had obtained a plea bargain in the case. A U.S. district judge and defense attorneys had recommended 12 months house arrest.
Trooper Joshua Miller was fatally shot and another trooper wounded by Autenrieth following a high speed chase that began after he abducted his 9-year-old son. Autenrieth was also killed in the June 7, 2009 incident.
