A Livonia, Mich., man is suing the Detroit Police officer who he claims sucker-punched him while removing him from the MGM Grand casino.

The incident took place at the U Me Drink club on July 30, when officers were called to remove Patrick Poisson, 38, who had allegedly touched the buttocks of a waitress. At the time, she was wearing a Heineken T-shirt and black shorts. Poisson also refused to leave the bar.

Officer Arthur Dudal began to escort the unruly Poisson out of the bar. At some point, Poisson says the officer got into his face and sucker-punched him twice.

Surveillance footage from the casino shows an officer landing a right hook on a man, and hitting him a second time with his left hand, as he fell. The two officers then handcuffed them man, while he lay face down.
