A shirtless "samurai" told an Indiana police officer he was "cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs" prior to his arrest in the middle of a busy Indiana interstate while wielding a 35-inch sword.

A Merrillville (Ind.) Police officer and Indiana state trooper responding to Interstate 65 just south of U.S. Highway 30 at 2:30 p.m. Sunday found a man holding a sword and marching like a drum major.
