As Joshua Seto, 27, and his fiance, Cara Christopher, walked to a local grocery store last week in Chandler, Ariz., for refreshments, he tried securing her pink handgun in the front waistband of his pants.
The pink handgun fired, striking Seto in the penis and continuing through to his left leg.
Folllowing the shooting, police began advising armed residents to carry their weapons in a holster rather than sticking them in a waistband.
