Tulsa Plaza Shooter's Brother Was Killed In Police Shootout

Andrew Joseph Dennehy, 23, remained in the hospital in critical condition, after allegedly shooting a Tulsa County, Okla., sheriff's deputy and being shot.

The brother of a man who opened fire in a Tulsa courthouse plaza Wednesday afternoon was killed in a police shootout in 2005, reports the Tulsa World.

Andrew Joseph Dennehy, 23, remained in the hospital in critical condition, after allegedly shooting a Tulsa County, Okla., sheriff's deputy and being shot.

Dennehy's brother, Brian, was fatally shot by police on Aug. 13, 2005. He had been the suspect in the beating death of his 81-year-old grandfather.
