Five months before a Morgan State University student was charged with dismembering a family friend and eating parts of his heart and brain, a school instructor flagged the 21-year-old's erratic behavior, describing him as "a Virginia Tech waiting to happen," reports the Baltimore Sun.
Alexander Kinyua allegedly chopped Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie into pieces and ate parts of his heart and brain. Six days before, on May 19, Kinyua was arrested for reportedly partially blinding and fracturing the skull of a classmate with a baseball bat.
Kinyua was previously thrown out of the ROTC program for destroying property, and he was known to carry a machete and wear tribal-inspired face paint. He spoke about human sacrifice during a campus forum on hazing in January.
