A Del City (Okla.) Police Department captain charged with manslaughter in the death of a teen posted bond and was released from jail after turning himself in, reports KOCO.
Police Capt. Randy Harrison shot and killed Dane Scott Jr. last month after a pursuit and altercation. Harrison shot at 18-year-old Scott four times, according to court documents. Three of the shots missed Scott, but the fourth hit him in the back, killing him. Harrison is now facing manslaughter charges.
