Judge John Cleland has sentenced former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky to at least 30 years and perhaps as many as 60 years in prison for his conviction on child sex abuse charges.
In June, Sandusky, 68, was convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year period, reports CNN.
The verdict was handed down on Tuesday.
