A 20-year-old man who was shot and killed by a Gwinnett County (Ga.) Police officer had pointed a black, bb gun at the officer prior to the shooting, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Victor Charles Le was shot outside his family's home shortly before midnight on Sept. 12. Police had responded to the 3800 block of Southgate Circle in Lilburn to handle a domestic dispute.
