Streamlight sponsored the Travis Manion Foundation's 9/11 Heroes Run, which honors the sacrifices of veteran, first responder, civilian, and military heroes of 9/11, according to the company.

In conjunction with its sponsorship of the foundation and the 9/11 Heroes Run, Streamlight has introduced the Bronze Nano Light, a keychain light with a double-sided fob that features the Travis Manion Foundation logo. Streamlight will donate one dollar to the Travis Manion Foundation for every light sold.

Inspired by one Marine's pre-deployment visit with New York City firefighters, the 9/11 Heroes Run started in 2007 as a small town event in suburban Philadelphia to honor all those who serve the United States in uniform. The initial 5K race has grown to 40 races throughout the world.

This year's events took place over the weekend of Sept. 8. Streamlight sponsored six local races, including those in Center City, Doylestown, Pottstown, and West Chester in Pa.; Pennsauken, N.J.; and Wilmington, Del.  The company also is sponsoring races in San Diego, Calif.; Jackson, Fla.; Virginia Beach, Va.; and Camp Bagram, Afghanistan.
