Newly released video surveillance footage shows a New York Police Department officer's accidental shooting of a bodega grocery store worker in the chaos following a robbery at the store.

Reynaldo Cuevas, 20, was fatally show by an officer about 1:50 a.m. Friday outside the Aneurys Deli Grocery in the Bronx.

In the footage, Cuevas is seen running out of the store behind the store manager. Cuevas then runs full speed into Officer Ramysh Bangali, who had his gun drawn. Officer Bangali, a seven-year veteran, has been placed on administrative leave.

Suspects Orlando Ramos, 32, Ernesto Delgado, 28, and Christopher Dorsey, 17, have been charged with with felony murder in Cuevas' tragic slaying, reports the New York Daily News.

Family members of Cuevas demanded an investigation by the District Attorney, reports Fox News.
