VIDEO: Ohio Chief Pulls Woman From Car
An Ohio village police chief may be reinstated after the town council failed to get enough votes to terminate him for pulling a woman from a car during a traffic stop.
Craig Beach (Ohio) Police Chief Joe Borosky participated in the village council's special disciplinary hearing Wednesday night when the council voted 3-2 to fire him. However, the measure needed a two-thirds majority to pass.
Chief Borosky is under fire for an April 2011 traffic stop where he used force to drag a woman from her car and put her in handcuffs. She was charged with improperly passing a car and resisting arrest, reports WYTV.
