Video: Fatal Cleveland Pursuit Suspect Arrested Dozens of Times

One of the two suspects who died at the end of a police pursuit in East Cleveland was a familiar face to officers due to some 50 contacts with police dating back to 2001.
Malissa Williams, 30, was killed at the end of a deadly pursuit in a 1979 Chevrolet Malibu along with Timothy Russell, 43, on Nov. 29. Thirteen officers fired 137 rounds at the Malibu following a 20-minute pursuit.
Prior to the pursuit, officers arrested Williams dozens of times for drug use, prostitution, theft and other petty crimes, reports the Cleveland Plain Dealer .
Williams, who reportedly sufferred from schizophrenia, also threatened officers during the most recent arrest four days before the chase. Video obtained by Fox News Cleveland shows a handcuffed Williams riding in the back of a patrol car.
In the video, which was taken on an officer's cell phone, Williams says, "I would kill you, blow your f***ing brains out." She continued to threaten officers who escorted her inside the jail.
