VIDEO: Fla. Cop Strikes Pedestrian, Leaves Scene

An Orlando Police officer now faces disciplinary action after an internal investigation found him at fault for leaving the scene after striking a homeless pedestrian with his cruiser and leaving the scene, reports WESH.

Officer Michael Fiorentino-Tyburski apparently struck Tetrish Nunn, 36, who had crossed against a signal. Nunn was found to be at fault for crossing, but the officer was at fault for the hit and run.

The officer apparently stopped to ask Nunn if he was OK. When he said he was, the officer left. Nunn borrowed a cell phone and called 911 to say he had been hit by an officer.
