A Philadelphia Police officer is recovering from injuries he suffered when a 20-year-old man dragged for three blocks after a traffic stop on Sunday.
At 7:30 p.m. Sunday, the officer began investigating when he heard screams coming from a vehicle. As he interviewed the vehicle occupants, the driver hit the accellerator and dragged the officer, reports CBS Philadelphia.
Naim Woodley was arraigned Monday on charges including aggravated assault and resisting arrest, reports Philly.com.
