Police: Pa. Woman Asked Cop for Heroin

A Shamokin, Pa., woman flagged down a city police officer Saturday to ask him for help getting a "fix" of heroin. Patrolman Raymond Siko II told Arlina Alves, 49, that he was a police officer.

A Shamokin, Pa., woman flagged down a city police officer Saturday to ask him for help getting a "fix" of heroin.

Patrolman Raymond Siko II told Arlina Alves, 49, that he was a police officer, after the request, which came at 9:30 a.m. while Officer Siko patroled in his cruiser, reports the News Item.

Alves allegedly replied, "That's even better because you probably have some heroin at the station that you have taken off people. I only need one bag."
