Three suspects are behind bars in Henrico, Va., accused of murdering Waynesboro Police reserve Captain Kevin Quick, according to court documents, reports nbc12.
Halisi Uhuru, Leslie Hope Casterlow and Anthony Darnell Stokes are charged with capital murder in the death of Quick, according to arrest warrants filed in Goochland. The arrest warrants say the three murdered Quick during an abduction between Monday and Wednesday.
The Goochland arrests came early Friday and bring the total number of people behind bars to six in connection with the disappearance and murder of the Virginia officer.
Quick went missing one week ago. Virginia State police confirm a body was found Thursday afternoon in a remote area along on the Fluvanna and Goochland county line. Law enforcement sources say the body was found on Old Columbia Road and had been shot.
