VIDEO: Philly Teen Arrested for Twitter Threats to Witnesses
The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office said a 17-year-old has been arrested for threatening a crime witness over Twitter, and he may be connected to a notorious Instagram account that revealed the names of victims and witnesses in other criminal cases, WPVI-TV reports.
Nasheen Anderson, 17, was charged with Witness Intimidation and Terroristic Threats for allegedly posting information about a 2012 shooting in Southwest Philadelphia on Twitter.
Police also want to know if Anderson ran the Instagram account "Rats 215," which has since been shut down.
