Video: Student Killed, Teacher Injured in Oregon School Shooting
A gunman carrying a rifle opened fire and killed a student at an Oregon High School on Tuesday, and Troutdale PD confirmed the gunman himself is also dead.
A gunman carrying a rifle opened fire and killed a student at an Oregon High School on Tuesday, and Troutdale PD confirmed the gunman himself is also dead, reports KPTV.
Police haven't identified the victim who was killed. Officials said a teacher, who students and neighbors identified as P.E. teacher Todd Rispler, was grazed by a bullet.
Several law enforcement agencies responded to reports of an active shooter at the school, and when they arrived, they evacuated the school of all students and staff.
Police said two school resource officers and a tactical team "brought this to a conclusion."
