SASRAD Awarded Contract for G20 Summit

Sas R & D Services (SASRAD) of Miramar, Fla., has been awarded a contract for 76 search and detection kits for use during the G20 Summit to be held in Brisbane, Australia.

Sas R & D Services (SASRAD) of Miramar, Fla., has been awarded a contract for 76 search and detection kits for use during the G20 Summit to be held in Brisbane, Australia. These kits included the Xpose Miniature handheld Contraband Detector, otherwise known as a density meter, and the Ultimate repairable fiberscope as well as other items for inspection and search procedures. Training of the search operators was conducted by the SASRAD representatives in Australia.

SASRAD Contraband Enforcement kits (CEK KITS) contain everything needed to conduct security inspections of vehicles, boats, trains, and planes: High Technology Xpose density meters, Ultimate fiberscopes, and Videoscopes as well as a tiny fiberscope for inserting into vehicle tires to look inside without letting the air out. Contraband found can include narcotics, explosives, weapons, currency, WMD and even people and rare animals concealed in vehicles.
