A convicted sex offender is in jail after being accused of impersonating a police officer at least twice in Federal Way, Wash.

Roger Norman has convictions for child molestation and residential burglary.

The 29-year-old Tacoma man has failed to register as a sex offender, KIRO TV reports.

Now he's accused of impersonating a cop.

Norman is being held for failing to report to his community corrections officer.

He’s also facing charges for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
