A suspected car thief spray-painted his face black in an attempt to camouflage himself after fleeing the scene in Madera, Calif., police said.
Madera police said Jose Espinoza ran from police after being caught with a stolen car. Officers arrested him later that evening after he fled a second time with his face painted black, the Fresno Bee reports.
