A former Oklahoma volunteer sheriff's deputy who fatally shot an unarmed man faces arraignment on a second-degree manslaughter charge, reports the Associated Press .

The former Tulsa County Sheriff's Office reserve deputy is scheduled to appear Monday in Tulsa district court.
