Law enforcement apparel and gear maker 5.11 Tactical is best known for its tactical and outdoor clothing but the company also makes a wide variety of backpacks that can be used both on and off duty.

The company is currently promoting its backpack line through a video featured on PoliceMag.com titled "Always Be Ready."

5.11's most popular backpack is the RUSH24, which offers users 2,000 cubic inches of storage. The RUSH24's main compartment offers three interior mesh pockets to keep accessories organized and a padded hydration pocket. Dual-side storage compartments offer double-zip access. Other features include a stuff-it pocket with an integrated draw cord, a reinforced grab-and-go handle, and wrap-around MOLLE/SlickStick web platform.

Also in the RUSH series is the RUSH MOAB 10. A high-performance tactical go bag, the MOAB 10 gives users 1,093 cubic inches of storage capacity. Features include modular storage expandability; ambidextrous, adjustable padded straps; a coms pocket on the shoulder for pass-through access of headphones; a covert pocket for handgun concealment; MOLLE/SlickStick compatible web lining around the exterior; and a hydration pocket.

The HAVOC 30 backpack from 5.11 offers 1,680 cubic inches of capacity and was designed for shooters and tactical responders. Made of 500D/1050D nylon, the HAVOC 30 backpack has waist belt magazine pockets and double AR magazine/water bottle pockets. In addition, the hydration pocket accommodates standard hard armor chest plates. Features include a laser cut MOLLE platform, a roomy main storage area, admin pockets, and a 1.5-inch waist strap.
