The widow of a Kissimmee, FL, police officer recently killed in the line of duty was sworn in as a special agent with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Monday, reports WFTV.

Sadia Baxter's husband, Officer Matthew Baxter, was with Kissimmee Sgt. Sam Howard responding to a call when they were reportedly shot and killed by a suspect.

Sadia Baxter was also an officer with the Kissimmee Police Department before being hired by the FDLE.
