In celebration of International Women's Day, law enforcement agencies across the country are showing support for female officers through photos and videos posted online.
The Chicago Police Department issued a challenge to pose like Rosie the Riveter on Facebook and included photos that people submitted in a post on the agency's Facebook page.
The Orange County (CA) Sheriff's Department used the symbol of Rosie the Riveter in its video to recognize the women of its agency.
The Chandler (AZ) Police Department also posted a video on Facebook to recognize its female officers.
In recognition of International Women's Day 2018, the Spirit Lake (ID) Police Department posted a video to show support for "ALL of the courageous women who are a part of the thin blue line."
