Law enforcement officers in Dallas have arrested a man wanted in the Tuesday afternoon shooting of two Dallas officers and an employee at a North Dallas Home Depot.

Police arrested Armando Luis Juarez, 29, on charges of aggravated assault on a police officer and felony theft. He was taken into custody shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday after a lengthy car chase involving officers from various agencies.

The two Dallas officers are reportedly in critical condition at a local hospital. There is no word on condition of the store employee who has been described as a loss-prevention officer.

Reports of one officer's death as a result of the shooting, which were widely reported in local media and by PoliceMag.com, appear to be false. Tuesday evening Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall said she would not release the conditions of those shot, NBC DFW reports.
