Police in Holyoke (MA) reportedly seized three long guns, ammunition, heroin, cocaine and several thousand dollars in cash in four simultaneous raids conducted on Tuesday. They also arrested four people during the operation.
The raids were conducted by troopers from the Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit, Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and C3 community policing unit, as well as officers from the FBI Western Massachusetts Gang Task Force, Drug Enforcement Administration and Holyoke police.
Two of the apartments were barricaded and fortified with heavy-duty locks in an attempt to prevent entry, but police defeated them, according to MassLive.
