An Officer with the Phoenix (AZ) Police Department reportedly shot and killed an armed man who had assaulted a woman while she was driving.
The incident reportedly began when a man began to assault a woman he was dating as the couple drove on a Phoenix road around 2130 hours on Monday.
When the woman stopped the vehicle, the suspect got out of the vehicle armed with a gun, according to AZfamily.com.
The woman then reportedly fled in her vehicle.
