A wide receiver with the University of Notre Dame football team was arrested after allegedly punching two campus police officers who found him unresponsive in an Uber ride.

According to the New York Post, 20-year-old Javon McKinley was taken into custody after the officers revived him and tried to help him get back to his dorm room. During that effort, the 6-2, 215-pound wideout reportedly struck both officers.

He was released on $250 bond after being charged with three misdemeanors, including two counts of battery and illegal consumption of alcohol, the newspaper reports.
