The sister of a sergeant with the Chicago Police Department who died by suicide last year is working now to prevent similar tragedies from occurring.
According to CBS News, Leann Starr—sister of Chicago Police Sergeant Lori Rice—recently made a video for the Chicago Police Department intended to reach out to other officers who may be approaching crisis.
