Missouri Security Guard Charged with Impersonating Police Officer

The man was charged with the misdemeanor crime after court documents say he searched a man's vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana.

A security guard in Springfield (MO) has been charged with impersonating a police officer.

According to the Springfield News-Leader, the man—identified as 21-year-old Caleb O'Pry—was charged with the misdemeanor crime after court documents say he searched a man's vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana.

The car owner reportedly believed that O'Pry was a police officer.
