A deputy with the Lyon County (NV) Sheriff's Office has been arrested on charges of illegally killing a buck without a hunting tag and aiding another man without a tag in killing bucks.
Sheriff Frank Hunewill said Deputy Allan Strand is on paid administrative leave pending a pre-trial proceeding in Tonopah Justice Court, according to the Reno Gazette Journal .
