A 17-year-old suspect has been charged with murder in the shooting death of the teenage son of an officer with the Prince George's County (MD) Police Department.

A 17-year-old suspect has been charged with murder in the shooting death of the teenage son of an officer with the Prince George's County (MD) Police Department.

According to ABC News, the Charles County Sheriff's Office charged Darryl Edward Freeman as an adult on first-degree murder and other related charges in the slaying of 17-year-old Bradley Alan Brown.

The shooting appeared to be drug-related, the sheriff's office said.
