The agency posted the video to Facebook. In it, the officer can be heard laughing at his feathered attackers and saying, "Get back! Get back!"
A few minutes later he says to a passing motorist, "Naw, I stopped a car and now they're trying to give me cuddles."
Laughing as he gets back in his patrol vehicle he says, "You guys are angry!"
