An officer with the East Cocalico Township (PA) Police Department died in a motorcycle crash after the conclusion of his shift on Wednesday.

An officer with the East Cocalico Township (PA) Police Department died in a motorcycle crash after the conclusion of his shift on Wednesday.

According to FOX43-TV, Officer Brennan Lied was involved in a motorcycle crash after completing his shift on Wednesday evening.

Lied reportedly lost control of his motorcycle while negotiating a turn.

He was transported to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Lied was also previously employed by the East Earl Township Police Department.
