According to Fox News, police say Judge Mark Grisanti and his wife Maria had been briefly taken into custody following a call of a dispute between the couple and some neighbors.
A scuffle ensued during which one officer attempted to handcuff the wife at the residence, when the husband then reportedly became combative.
In body-worn video footage Judge Grisanti can be heard saying "You better get off my f—ing wife!"
