Newly released body-worn camera footage shows a New York State Supreme Court Justice shoving an officer with the Buffalo (NY) Police Department during an altercation that took place in June.
According to Fox News, police say Judge Mark Grisanti and his wife Maria had been briefly taken into custody following a call of a dispute between the couple and some neighbors.
A scuffle ensued during which one officer attempted to handcuff the wife at the residence, when the husband then reportedly became combative.
In body-worn video footage Judge Grisanti can be heard saying "You better get off my f—ing wife!"
