Looking for a gift idea for fellow cops? Check out 12 of the most requested items in a POLICE Magazine holiday survey. For the last few holiday seasons, the editors of POLICE Magazine have gotten together, brainstormed gift ideas for law enforcement officers, and published what we call a holiday wish list. This year, we decided to use a different protocol. We surveyed a large segment of our readers and asked them what they want for Christmas. We got a lot of answers. The video shows a white sedan running from police at high speed through residential areas. The vehicle pursuit ended with the sedan crashing through a wooden fence at an apartment complex and rolling over.

Explosion Injures 5 Colorado Officers at Domestic Call

When officers and deputies tried to go back in the residence, an explosion occurred. The sheriff’s office said in the release that the explosion is “believed to have been intentionally caused by (the suspect).”

Rewriting the Ballistic Helmet Playbook

The U.S. Department of Defense ran a study in 2018 on 77 helmets that had been shot during combat. No manufacturer fluff. Just facts. If the bullet punched through, 74% of the time, the person died.
