Virginia Officer Tests Positive for COVID-19 Virus

An officer with the Lynchburg (VA) Police Department has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to WSET-TV , this is the first police officer with Lynchburg to test positive for the virus that has stricken the nation for more than a month.

The officer—whose name has not been released—is currently in isolation.
