When Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Rick Morgan spotted a swerving Dodge Journey traveling on I-15 near Ogden and effected a traffic stop. He expected to find a drunk driver or one in medical distress.
What he actually found was a five-year-old child who had borrowed the family vehicle and told the trooper he was heading to California to buy a Lamborghini supercar.

The boy was reunited with his family.
