Tim Tebow took a break from the sports world and paid a visit to the NYPD precinct in Queens where Officer Brian Moore worked before he was killed last year, reports WABC .
Tebow is out of football and is now trying his hand at baseball with the Mets. Instead of wearing a uniform, Tuesday he met with men and women in uniform.
T-shirts at the precinct that honor Officer Moore were exchanged for a Mets jersey which will hang there. Tebow also signed autographs as everyone enjoyed lunch, provided by the Mets.
