When Sara Wolff looked up, she knew she was getting pulled over, but didn't know why.
A patrol car video shows the officer walk to her window and tell her she has a broken tail light and outstanding warrants. Wolff is asked to get out of the car.
Parris then drives up and walks toward his shocked girlfriend. Wolff realizes what's happening as Parris gets down on one knee.
