Video: 'Speed Trap' Sign Lands Texas Woman In Jail

Houston Police officers arrested a woman who videotaped a traffic-enforcement operation and stood nearby with a sign alerting drivers about the sting.

A Houston officer arrested Plummer, after searching her backpack. She will face a misdemeanor charge, reports ABC News .
