Newly released body-worn camera footage shows a New York State Supreme Court Justice shoving an officer with the Buffalo (NY) Police Department during an altercation that took place in June.
According to Fox News , police say Judge Mark Grisanti and his wife Maria had been briefly taken into custody following a call of a dispute between the couple and some neighbors.
A scuffle ensued during which one officer attempted to handcuff the wife at the residence, when the husband then reportedly became combative.
In body-worn video footage Judge Grisanti can be heard saying "You better get off my f—ing wife!"
